Do you have wheelchair accessible entrance?

Do you have a waiting area so i can relax while waiting for my installation at your store?
Yes we do
Do you have coffee and tea facilities, while i await my installation?
Not in store. There are 2 shops close by that serve coffee, food and other beverages
Do you have Wi-Fi I can use while i am waiting for my installation?
Yes we do
What are your opening hours?
How far in advance is your install team usually booked out for?
Our install team can often be booked out 2-3 weeks' in advance. Will depend entirely on what you need installed as we may be able to fit you in earlier. Call the office to check.

Is public transport handy to Airplex?
Yes. Airplex is only a 700m (2min drive or 10min walk) to the Otahuhu Train Station.
Do you have installation instructions with all of your products so i can install them myself?
Yes we do. Most product that require instruction are supplied with them. Most products require basic tools and some basic practical skillset. Some products we recommend to have installed by a trained professional (e.g. auto electrical, canopies etc)
Can you export my order overseas?
Airplex does not undertake one-off exports but we are happy to deliver an item to your own nominated NZ freight forwarder. Alternatively, get in touch with us as we may have an agent already set up in your country. Email export enquiries to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I arrange my own carrier or courier to collect my order from Airplex?
Yes you can BUT please note to liaise with our staff prior so we can ensure your order is ready and we can provide your carrier with a reference number before collection to ensure a smooth collection.
How long does it take to make a weather shield, headlight guard or bonnet guard?
These are all made-to-order by our factory here in Otahuhu, Auckland and can take approximately 7 business days for us to produce. Then we can ship or you can collect.
Do you have another branch or agent in the South Island?
There is only one Airplex location but we do have an agent in Christchurch who will be more than happy to serve any and all people in the South island. Call them on 0800 500 582
Do I need to book my installation ahead of time, or can i just turn up any day?
Please call the office ahead and ask us first
Do you have loan vehicles available?
No. We do not offer loan vehicles.
