Sales / Customer Service

Location: Airplex Otahuhu Showroom / Factory / Warehouse – Auckland

Airplex is looking for an energetic, Sales & Customer Services person to join our growing small-to-medium sized team.

This is a sales counter, trade an retail, varied role.  Dealing with customer inquiries from trade an retail customers.  Showroom, phone, email.

About the Role

You will be responsible answering customer enquiries and offering product information.

• Greet customers in store.
• Answer phone enquiries
• Provide sales quotations
• Reply to email sales inquiries with quotions and product information
• Talk to trade and retail customers
• Handle customer enquiries, troubleshooting, and complaint resolution
• Book customer product installations
• Reply to all enquiries in a timely manner
• Support general office, sales, stock and order processing systems
• Work alongside two other sales and marketing customer service 

About You

• Experience in sales (automotive or 4x4 industry experience advantageous)
• Proactive, organised.  Be able to multi task.
• Confident dealing with trade and retail customers
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Depending on your skills and interests, the role can evolve to include additional areas such as operations, freight, logistics, and compliance.
