Sales / Operations Manager

• Sales Manager for NZ market for Airplex Ute & 4x4 Airplex product category.
• Based at Airplex Otahuhu Showroom/Factory/Warehouse.
• Grow of the ute & 4x4 accessory sales. Trade & Retail sales nationwide.
• Manage 3-4 immediate counter/desk sales staff
• You are an active part of the sales team
• Assist with internal factory and operational procedures and systems
• Some input to Truck and Manufacturing areas but focus mainly Ute accessories
• Manage marketing budget and spend to achieve sales goals/budget
• Set sales budget and targets
• Assist with customer queries, complaints, etc General troubleshooter
• Assist with ongoing website upgrade/development
• Work with company directors as part of management team to help improve all areas of the business
• Assist with developing & improving internal operational procedures (office/sales/stock/order processing etc)
