Fuel Flap Piggyback Wiring (Suits central locking for tub canopies) for wellside vehicles with central lock fuel flap.
This 100cm adapter plugs into the Styleside Fuel Flap harness and allows you to connect your tub canopy central locking without splicing into the factory wiring.
Suitable for all Steeltop® and RSI Smartcap canopy central locking systems supplied by Airplex.

Remove the fastening pins that secure the inner mud guard beneath the fuel flap area.
Reach and you will feel a plug like this.
Unplug the factory plug.
Insert this 'piggy back' plug.
This will allow the fuel flap central lock to remain working and let you attach the appropriate Airplex accessory (rollin lid etc) to the central lock signal of the vehicle

* If using on non-Airplex product, Relays may be required for heavy loads. - Consult your canopy manufacturer or the Ford Body and Equipment Mounting Module.
